WOW! What a night we had! We have never been to any club so welcoming and we have never felt so comfortable and at home like we felt at RUB. It really is something special. The people are such a great crowd. We made loads of new friends and we laughed with them throughout the night. What a party! We do come to Rub its our fav club alas only 3 or 4 times a year due to young family and lack of babysitters. The newsletter for us is great to keep us up to date of what's on when. If we're looking at a new club we go to their website to look at pics, to see how their fetish people are dressed, to see what music they play and if they have much of a play space. Other clubs we have visited are not really fetish enough or the music is pants or too commercial and not enough people who are genuinely into the scene.

We love Rub because its always been friendly from the first time we came to last time. You have always greeted us at the door with a friendly smile and a chat even without knowing us. We love the effort most people go to with their attire. We adore the music so uplifting and dancey, Irish Pete is superb and seems such a nice friendly fella. It's not so big that we don't get to chat to people and every time we have been we have always made lovely new acquaintances. But not too small we can't sit and watch the deviant perves and eye candy go by - lol. We love to follow the themes it's fun at our age and with vanilla commitments to get excited over putting an outfit together and having something to work at, the themes are often what makes us decide which month we will come, as well as our birthdays. I guess the only thing we have said is we have wished the play area to be bigger and darker, but its never stopped us coming to the venue just coming in the venue!!!
