One guest emailed after the last party to say: “What a wow night it was! I really don’t know how you do it but the blend of people was great - a lot of beautiful, naughty people of every age and yet all so friendly. It was only my second event but as a relative newcomer, and as a solo woman, I felt very at ease and comfortable. The venue was amazing - especially set with all the glitzy outfits. I would definitely want to attend again if you’ll have me!”
Our venue for the evening is a luxurious detached mansion in West London that has to be seen to be believed. The house was remodelled in the early 1980s by a wealthy individual so it's like something out of Dynasty! After welcome cocktails on arrival, take a tour of the house. The ground floor has three large reception rooms for socialising and relaxing, one of which we will be using as our Dungeon for the night with custom designed furniture provided by Filthy Furniture.
Upstairs, The Pink Room and The Blue Room master bedrooms are stunningly decorated with king sized beds, custom designed furniture and ensuite marble bathrooms, one of which has a giant marble tub for splashing about in. This floor has three other bedrooms for play. đź’¦
Foxy and Vixens are there to make guests feel at home and make connections to other members so please feel free to come solo. We are a super friendly bunch! 🧡
Spaces are limited to 80 and to ensure a balanced and mixed event*, potential guests are required to share information about themselves on the check out form. Buying a ticket is no guarantee of a space. If in the event we cannot accommodate you, your ticket will be refunded in full at least two weeks before the event. First come, first considered so we recommend early applications and we try to prioritise members who have not been before.
If you haven't heard from us 7 days before the event, please follow up, as sometimes our emails go into Spam. We hold no liability for no-shows who were notified of their place.
*Please note that tickets are sold in three categories: Female, Male and Non Binary. If you wish to be considered for the event with a friend, play partner or romantic partner, then please indicate on the checkout form who you are applying with and your application will be considered together. Please excuse the gender nature of the tickets - we are increasingly oversubscribed by men at the smaller events so want to maintain balance.

The price for the evening is ÂŁ58 + VAT per person which includes a welcome cocktail or two (including non-alcoholic options). The rest of the event is BYO so please bring your own extra drinks. We will provide glasses, ice and some soft drinks.
Doors open at 8pm.
Carriages at 1am.
Dress code: Sexy glamour! Jeans / casual wear is not acceptable dress.
