The feedback on the venue was incredible after the last party, we have had loads of enquiries asking when we will get the chance to get in there again... it's simply one of the best places to relax, with no arsey bouncers, no hassles, and plenty of space to run riot.
Please BOOK ACCOMMODATION ASAP as Brighton may be very busy that weekend. Try http://www.airbnb.com/ as private rooms are often cheaper than hotels, and are sometimes available for just one night rather than the local hotel standard which is a usually a minimum 2-night stay.
NB We have just invested in a big round bed with new burgundy colour covers for the base and mattress. This will form the centrepiece for a properly-monitored couples room (we have booked a qualified security man to work on the door to prevent singles from entering!), which will also have the odd interesting piece of dungeon furniture in it. 'Couples' means of course that any two people who agree to enter the room together are accepted... but it's to distinguish it from a swingers room... it's for couples to chill or play away from the main fray of the dancefloor, or the open/public dungeon room next door.

VENUE
A very private, secluded situation which got rave reviews after our last party. However, the car park is a little rough and ready, stiletto-wearers may want to wear other shoes into the venue and then change footwear.
A mere TEN minute drive from central Brighton... barn-like interior with exposed struts... outside terrace for smokers.... surrounded by countryside so you can make as much noise as you like... and EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE CLUB FOR SPANK...
