What do you want and what do you really not want?
How do you define yourself in sex?
What we want and don't want in sex changes year by year, day by day and even minute by minute. It changes depending on who you are with, what mood you're in, and what you're body is doing.
Knowing how to figure out what we want and don't want is super important in sex, it can be the difference between mediocre physical grinding and world-changing, body exploding experiences and connections.
Together we're going to take an in depth look at how to figure out what it is you want, and also what you don't want. We will try out some techniques to help you identify these even as they change in the moment, and practice communicating these with others.
This workshop is open to everyone - any gender, orientation, experience level or relationship status.
