Expect lots of ice breakers, fun and laughter and stories in order to ease into naked dancing to shake off our inhibitions, and dive deep into a meditative process of minutely exploring the area around our sphincters on each other, and venturing a little further inside with our fingers.
Anal mapping helps to develop awareness and overcome our shame and habitual patterns of holding, that we may subconsciously practice our entire life, in our bodies and in our psyche. It can help us to relax in a profound way, and find deep trust in ourselves and others.
This class is open to both healing professionals who would like to experience a more profound way of embodying, and connection, as for individuals who take their own personal development a step further, and want open up to more pleasure in their lives.
Bring your partner our your favourite adventurous friend, or just come by yourself. I will vet each participant carefully to ensure a safe, trusting and relaxing atmosphere.
Expect to get nude, and to touch each other intimately. Boundaries are respected and nurtured at all times.
Arousal is welcome if it happens, but not required, on this journey of mindful exploration.
Bring a yoga mat/blanket, a towel and a cushion, and we will provide oil, lube, non-latex gloves, wipes and hand disinfectant.
Whether you are currently into anal play or not, everybody can benefit from exploring the mysteries of anal mapping.
