It's that time again! This will be a munch as you know it, but with an added bonus: the knowledgeable Mesmerone will be holding a short presentation introducing hypnosis for kink. In it he'll be covering the basics of how to perform an induction, myths and realities, the structure of a hypnotic session, safety and consent and how to give effective suggestions, with a bit of time for questions afterwards (and more in the bar later of course).
For everyone who's attended last time: after repeating the first part on basics for everyone new, we'll expand this time's talk with a more specifically kinky-themed second half. Details on this to follow later.
We have booked a private room for the workshop. You'll find us upstairs in the dining room of the Strongroom Bar.
Admission to the workshop is £3 for the whole workshop, £2 if you're only coming for the first or second half. Please make sure to bring the exact amount in cash!
If you're unsure about finding us, please allow yourself plenty of time to get there. The introduction workshop starts at 3PM precisely, be in time or you might miss out.
You're of course welcome to only join for the munch, that will be taking place before and directly after the workshop in the main area of the bar. Look out for the reservation signs that say LHM.
In short:
What? A munch + workshop revolving around hypnosis for kinksters. It is first and foremost a munch, with the emphasis on the social aspect of the afternoon. Everyone will have the opportunity to meet folks of the same mind, have a drink and do whatever else people do in bars on Sunday afternoons (hint: their food is good). And then there's the bit where you might learn something too. What's not to like?
Who? This event is for everyone interested in, curious about or infatuated with kinky hypnosis. And for everyone else who just likes coming out on a Sunday afternoon.
When? Sunday the 25th of September. Mesmerone and I will be at the bar at 2PM for hellos and welcomes, the workshop will start at 3PM.
Where? Like last time, we'll be in the Strongroom Bar on Curtain Road. The workshop will be taking place in the private dining area upstairs, from 4.30PM we'll be in the main bar area for the rest of the munch.
P.S. Newbies are very welcome. If you're nervous about attending, message me (BoiledFrogs) or come early and I'll introduce you to people and ensure you that we're not a scary bunch.
