A Codpiece is a tightly-fitting Renaissance manner of dress, where one wore very tight leggings, and the penis was accomodated by a V-shaped bag at the front. In modern times, Leather queens and rock musicians wear codpieces. Codpieces are also worn as fashion items to fetish clubs.
